園藝作物特别是葫蘆科瓜類種質資源創新利用與分子遺傳育種。
主要通過正向遺傳學對果實形狀/大小,株型調控和抗病抗逆等重要性狀基因進行圖位克隆,并通過轉基因、基因/蛋白互作等技術解析其遺傳調控與分子機理。開發相關分子标記,實現分子标記輔助選擇育種。
